Listen up, time bandits! When you book an appointment, that means you’ve reserved that time—not the whole day. Don’t book and waltz in an hour early like it’s a surprise party. Don’t show up 30 minutes late like you’re fashionably delayed. Be on time—no more than 15 minutes early, no more than 15 minutes late.
